Do unused credits roll over?
No. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. They do not roll over to the next month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the extension Settings screen or by emailing [email protected]. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What happens when I hit my credit limit?
Translation stops and you'll see a "Credit limit reached" message in the extension. You can purchase a credit pack from the Settings screen to add 100 more credits, or upgrade your plan. Your quota resets at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported browsers. We do not accept PayPal at this time.
